How do I know what will work best for me?
During your initial session, your holistic energy therapist Taylor, will take the time to truly understand you and the specific reasons that led you to seek treatment. Through this personalized approach, we aim to identify the underlying challenges as well as your desired outcomes. Once we have completed this evaluation, we will develop a customized plan of action that is uniquely tailored to your individual needs.

Services

Hypnotherapy
Hypnotherapy is an adjunctive technique that utilizes hypnosis to aid in the treatment of specific symptoms or health conditions. Hypnotherapy works by inducing a hypnotic state marked by waking awareness that allows people to experience detached external attention and to focus on inner experiences. The initial relaxation element of hypnotherapy starts by dampening down the activity of the frontal cortex. Limiting the effectiveness of this area of the brain, central to attention, planning, and making decisions, increases activity in other areas engaged in filtering and integrating information.
During hypnotherapy the client is guided through various methods, including relaxation, visual imagery, creative visualization, hypnosis, Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP), Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), Graphoanalysis and stress reduction processes for the purposes of vocational or avocational self-improvement. Hypnosis is a perfectly safe, relaxing technique that can benefit anyone. It is simply a focused state of awareness.

Sound Healing
The sounds introduced during the Sound Bath are an invitation into a deeper state of consciousness, an opportunity to unplug from external stimulation and to gain perspective on what’s going on within you. The soothing sounds are believed to heal the body by activating the parasympathetic nervous system, which is responsible for regulating the body’s rest and digest functions. This can help slow down the heart rate, lower blood pressure, and reduce levels of stress hormones in the body.

Reiki
Reiki is an energy healing technique in which a Reiki practitioner (who has undergone formal training in this healing art) uses gentle hand movements with the intention to guide the flow of healthy energy through the client's body to reduce stress and promote healing.

Hypno-Reiki combines the power of two ancient healing treatments. The idea is that it gets you into a ready to receive state. When the mind is in a state of hypnosis, the subconscious receives the healing energy easier without resistance. In a traditional Hypnotherapy session we focus on fears, phobias, depression, trauma & more. In a traditional Reiki session you are fully relaxed with minimal to no talking while receiving the Reiki healing energy. But, in Hypno-Reiki we combine both and focus on relaxing and letting go as you are talked through the whole process and receive the Reiki healing energy. This practice shows longer lasting effects for weeks to come rather than a traditional reiki session.

Breathwork
Breathwork refers to a variety of breathing techniques and exercises that can be used to improve physical, mental, emotional, or spiritual health. During breathwork, you intentionally change your breathing pattern. Many forms of breathwork therapy involve breathing in a conscious and systematic way. Breathwork Practice helps us experience feelings of self-love, gratitude, and joy. It has recently been scientifically proven that breathwork helps us access DMT (dimethyltryptamine) endogenously in the brain creating neuroplastic change. Quite often tears, laughter, unexpected feelings and emotions surface as we move through and release layers of conscious and subconscious programming, patterns, and behaviors.

Addiction treatment
hypnosis gets to the heart of the addiction by changing the mental habits that lead to the use. By putting in new suggestions and creating new habits, hypnosis can alter the person’s perception of the effect of the addiction which in turn helps them to break the addiction.
Shadow Work
Working with your unconscious mind to uncover the parts of yourself that you repress and hide from yourself. This can include trauma or parts of your personality that you subconsciously consider undesirable. working with Taylor can provide more emotional safety and keep you from going down a shame spiral.
Past Life Regression
Using Hypnosis and guided imagery to access memories from past lives, with the goal of gaining greater insight into one's current life. While some people are skeptical of past life regression, many others believe that it can be a powerful tool for personal growth and self-discovery.

Sound baths are a meditative practice involving the use of resonant music. This creates an immersive sound that fills the room and the body, aiming to help people relax and let go of stress, anxiety, or other worries and concerns. Doing so as a couple allows you to connect on a deeper level and relax together.
A sound bath session can lead to reduced anxiety levels, tension, and sadness as well as diminished pain. With a small group sound bath
(4 people maximum), everyone can come together and effortlessly heal from shared traumas and experiences. By inducing deep relaxation and the use of resonant music.
